Brooklynn misses the Florida sand so much we had to find a new way to entertain her. Rice was on sale this week so with my coupons I got a bunch for free...so I decided to give some to Brooklynn to play with. Well, she loved it. She sat there for a good half an hour filling up her cups and sprinkling it around. Then torwards the end she discovered that she was strong enough to lift the entire bowl so that was a much more fun game to just dump it out every time. Actually, after we cleaned it up and I added a few more cups she still does pretty well filling up her cups. It's pretty messy but for a balcony game it's great fun. I looked into getting a sand & water table but they are too expensive when I have a bowl of free rice.
