Brooklynn had a great birthday, even though it was pretty low-key.
Here is Brooklynn with all her presents.
This game was probably her favorite present.
After presents we had birthday breakfast rolls. (Pillsbury cinnamon rolls) Brooklynn had two and was very excited about them.
Here is Brooklynn showing off her new quilt. Once it was on the bed she kept saying "pretty!" and cuddling up with it. (and jumping on it.) It was precious.
Licking the beater for her birthday cookie!
We decided to do a birthday cookie this year because she is so obsessed with cookies. We're going to do a Cookie Monster party in February. We'll have smaller cookies and a cake then but for us it was fun to do a giant cookie.
All day people kept calling Brooklynn to wish her a Happy Birthday. She was very excited about this. By the end of the day she would jump up and down (not sure out of excitement or dancing along...or both.)
She even got a special video message from Uncle James, Aunt Charity, Adeline and Andrew. Here she is watching it.
Thank you for the birthday wishes, everyone!
