So our drive home went well. I didn't really take any pictures, they were mostly like the way out. Brooklynn did really well, although we were all slightly sick of driving pretty much the whole time.
When we got back it was TIME to take down all the decorations, unpack, all that fun stuff.
Brooklynn was quite the helper, she loved taking ornaments off the tree almost as much as she liked putting them on.
She loved the Santa Hat this year, last year she hated it. She kept saying, "ho ho ho!" it was precious.
Brooklynn also had SO much fun eating our gingerbread house. (translation: a few pieces of candy off of the house) She really thought she could have as much as she wanted. Since it was pretty glued down with frosting, I think she decided that it was too much work just for a piece of candy and didn't really eat that much at all.
And sadly....this is what a balcony of a 9 month pregnant lady looks like after Christmas. Notice the old pumpkin there, too. Yup, I'm that much of a slacker. Josh was a big help and after we took this picture he took it all out to the dumpster.
